As an evidence  based practitioner, I offer family centred support on all postnatal issues in a gentle and bespoke way, helping to get parenting off to the best start. With UNICEF 'baby friendly' training and a wealth of postnatal experience I enjoy supporting a mother's choice with feeding, be that breast, formula or mixed feeding. In addition, I have specialist skills in supporting families who have experienced traumatic birth helping them to secure their emotional recovery through a process of listening and debrief.
